In the DeFi spirit of transparency we here disclose our base Services & Fee Schedule.
We provide high-quality services in a complex and challenging environment, which is duly reflected in our schedule.
Our base hourly rate is 450.00 USD/hour.
Any alternative fee arrangements must be agreed in writing with Monetalis.

| Transfer Facilitation | Transfer of crypto assets between TradFi and DeFi parties and any relevant exchange of crypto-currency required in doing so for the Client. | 2 to 3 bps of the transfer amount plus relevant third-party expenses |
| Transfer Orchestration & Coordination | Coordinate activities and services of the service providers engaged in executing a transfer between DeFi/TradFi parties for the Client. | 1 to 2 bps of the transfer amount plus relevant third-party expenses |
| Sourcing & Design of Opportunities | Identify and review potential TradFi/DeFi connection opportunities for the Client. Design, structure and execute such opportunities. | Billed on an hourly basis |
| Engagement, Review & Onboarding of Service Providers | Identify, assess and engage service providers (including legal advisers, financial institutions and corporate services providers) with the requisite skills and knowledge to service a TradFi/DeFi connection structure - and assist in fulfilling third party onboarding requirements and supporting the Client in respect of such processes for a client. | Billed on an hourly basis. |
